煉鐵爐


關于煉鐵爐的熔化過程:
(1)爐料熔化階段。爐料在熔鐵爐內首先由固態變為質地柔軟的塑性狀態。爐料加入爐內后,為了保護爐襯,爐體首先進行間歇性、雙向緩慢回轉,在機械力和熱的作用下,大塊的金屬爐料逐步分解為小料塊。當爐內溫度上升到金屬熔點時,通過爐體的單向連續回轉,提高爐體與爐料之間的傳熱效果。
(2)成分均勻化階段。熔化階段形成的FeO和造渣材料(砂和石灰石),首先形成爐渣,對金屬液起覆蓋和保護作用。爐料由塑性狀態變為液體,合金元素開始溶入鐵液,增碳劑中的碳開始溶解進入鐵液。在此階段,爐體繼續單向回轉,促進了鐵液成分的均勻化,碳、硅、錳等元素迅速溶入鐵液。
(3)鐵液過熱階段。熔化的鐵液過熱到出鐵溫度,碳完全溶于鐵液。爐渣和未溶解的增碳劑覆蓋鐵液,鐵液利用爐襯傳導的熱量被過熱,達到出鐵溫度。
熔鐵爐中鐵液過熱的原理與其他工業爐窯一樣,爐頂爐襯的溫度最高、爐襯積蓄的熱量最多。爐體在回轉過程中,不斷將頂部爐襯所積蓄的熱量帶入鐵液,達到鐵液過熱的目的。
